Because our ceramic products are handmade, each item requires time for crafting, quality inspection, and preparation before shipment.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.

For handmade ceramic lamps and custom pieces, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. If your order requires additional time, we will contact you with an updated estimated completion date.

Shipping Time

After your order has been carefully packed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–15 business days

• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

• European Union: 8–18 business days

• Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, product size, and shipping method.

For selected products and promotions, free shipping may be available.

Safe Packaging

Each Lumora Clay piece is individually protected using carefully selected packaging materials designed for fragile ceramic products.

We use protective layers and secure packaging methods to minimize the risk of damage during international transportation.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully inspect every item before shipment. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged package and product

• A description of the issue

We will review the case and work with you to find the best possible solution.

For lost packages, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the shipment status.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
